While my wife had a nail appointment nearby, we decided to treat our kids to a quick bite at the Little Caesars Pizza in Hewitt, Texas, with the intention of grabbing a Hot and Ready pizza. Upon our arrival, it was evident that they were quite busy. Unfortunately, the only aspect of our visit that posed any challenge was the behavior of some customers. In the midst of the bustling environment, a young gentleman named Elmer was valiantly holding the fort at the front counter. Despite the relentless demands and pressures, he remained remarkably respectful and composed throughout. It was disheartening to witness some customers directing their frustration at him. Eventually, he removed himself from the situation, and a young lady named Elena stepped in to handle the situation. Once the chaos subsided, we were able to place our order, opting for a Hot and Ready pepperoni and cheese pizza. Though there was a 15-minute wait due to the overwhelming number of orders, it was evident that the team was working diligently to meet the demand. I want to emphasize the exceptional customer service provided by Elmer and Elena. Despite facing unwarranted impatience from some customers, they maintained their professionalism and composure, making our visit more than worthwhile. It's unfortunate to see people becoming agitated over pizza when the staff is doing their utmost to serve everyone efficiently. Elmer and Elena, in particular, deserve recognition for their outstanding service and grace under pressure. Despite the challenges they faced, they exemplified the kind of professionalism that leaves a lasting positive impression. Little Caesars Pizza in Hewitt, Texas, should be proud to have such dedicated employees on their team. Our overall experience, thanks to Elmer and Elena, was a testament to their commitment to quality service.

This Little Caesars location has great customer service, great management, tasty food and last but not least, great ownership. I’ll take this over Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Papa Johns and Marcos Pizza any day of the week! I will definitely return to this location the next time I am in the area.

I just had this pizza for the first time. Delivered. I was impressed! I got thin crust onion, green pepper, and mushroom. The crust was really good, along with the rest of it. I also got the dessert, which was good also. I will order again. It's like 5 mins away...

The pizza comes out amazing and are absolutely delicious. There is great service and good quality coming out of the space. They have a take out storage area that keeps your pizza's hot and ready and not accessible unless you have a code so nobody can steal your pizza's so that's is a plus for me. One problem I have is that the toppings do fall off pretty easily but over all the quality of the food is top tier.

Didn't have any pizzas ready but had one in 10 min. Very good and made with love thank you to the work crew for making our dinner!

I am giving Little Caesars pizza 4 stars strictly for value. Is it the best pie on earth?? I think not but the value is indeed there. Whether for an inexpensive family meal or for what we buy one for which is the church pot luck there's great value here. We try to cook a meal for the church potluck that is every Wednesday but sometimes run short on time. If you think for the price of a combo meal you can get a pepperoni pizza an feed a small family or bring to a potluck etc. I am sure people know of little Caesar's pizza. This like most is I believe carry out only. They offer a single topper for 5 I believe a large or for 6 an extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Usually have pepperoni ones "hot n ready" to go but during busier times or for a custom order you probably will wait. It is near a dollar tree a small grocery and Pizza Hut so some things close by. Little Caesars is a great price for a decent quality. It is really a good value.
